That looks like Carcassonne, whose rules didn't seem that bad. "Now Puerto Rico" I would understand. Still couldn't stop laughing at the picture and comment though.

Yup, those are Carcassone meeples. :) Someone always has to build a tower... or in this case, a wall. :)
